5 ways to wellbeing

Everyone needs to know how to look after their mental health. The 5 ways to wellbeing are a set of actions that can be used every day to help do this.

Take a look at the Dudley Take 5 Next Steps films to see how following the 5 ways to wellbeing can have a positive impact on your physical and mental health.

If you are having difficulties or you are worried try talking to your parent/s, carer/s, a tutor or your GP. If you are at a 6th form school the School Nurse will be able to offer you support and advice. Your school receptionist will know what day your School Nurse is at your school.
