Just Straight Talk (JST) understands how playing an active part in your community as an individual or in a group can benefit your wellbeing. JST have various projects aimed specifically at pairing up people of any age to activities that will reduce loneliness and isolation.

JST work with people to identify and address barriers, develop coping skills, improve confidence, wellbeing and improve digital skills either 1-2-1 or in a group. JST actively supports people to become stronger, more confident and gain control over their own lives.
