Dance To Health
Dance To Health programmes are for people aged 50 and over who live or work in Dudley Borough or have a Dudley GP. The programme is a fun and sociable way to add physical activity into your life. Which can help build strength and balance.
Delivered in five locations across the Dudley Borough. Programmes are free and run weekly for up to 90 minutes. With 30 minutes for tea, coffee, and a chat with fellow dancers.
Regular attendance on the programme can help:
- Reduce falls by 58%
- Reduce aches and pains
- Increase independence and quality of life
No experience is necessary. Exercise options are available either seated or standing dependent on ability.
