This is the first of two questionnaires, which will give you an idea of how active you already are, ask you how you are feeling, and give you an opportunity to set a goal to move more each day. The reason we ask you about how you are feeling is because there is a positive link between increased activity levels and mental wellbeing. To help you get started to move more there is lots of useful information on our handy tips, easy wins and challenges page.
In six weeks you can then complete the ‘How are you doing?’ questionnaire.
