By increasing your activity levels, you too can enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle. You may think that you don’t have time for physical activities, you’re too tired, too old, too unfit or that it sounds too much like hard work.
However, building up to just half an hour a day on at least five days a week is all it takes to unlock a range of health benefits. Although everyone’s nervous when they start something new, there really is nothing to worry about. Getting active doesn’t have to mean running a marathon or swimming the channel.
