Pilates at Beginners, Improvers, Intermediate and Advanced levels (mat classes). Pilates is a gentle exercise at Beginners level. It is mat based so clients must be able to get down and back up off a mat. It’s very good for back problems, hip problems, neck problems, joint problems. It exercises the muscles without straining them.
