Shape Up 4 Life is a free 12 week Weight Management course that includes;

 

• healthy eating advice
• managing your weight in a way that helps you lose weight and keep it off
• tailored exercise advice (some programmes will include group exercise sessions)
• fun and friendly relaxed atmosphere
• opportunity to remove barriers that may have made it difficult to manage your weight in the past
• clearing up all the mixed messages regarding managing your weight
