Pre-bereavement and legacy work

Mary Stevens Hospice pre-bereavement and legacy work is offered to patients and families. They offer unique handprints (on canvas, card or bags); treasure/memory boxes for keepsakes and photos; letters and cards for the future amongst other things.

Their legacy work is supported by trained health care professionals. They can provide all the materials needed for these activities.

Legacy work is focused less on death and dying and more on life and sharing precious moments with special people. The best gifts in the world are not in the material objects we can purchase but, in the memories, we share with the people we love.

Create a beautiful hand-hold sculpture or handprints, symbolizing the bond you have with your loved one.
