If you would like help to stop smoking your school nurse can help. Your school nurse will be at your secondary school at least one day per week. They can offer you free, confidential advice to help you stop smoking and can provide prescriptions for free Nicotine Replacement Therapies (NRT’s), such as patches and gum, if required. To find out what day your school nurse is at your school speak to your school receptionist.

If it’s during the school holidays Switch offer drop in community sessions all year round. They can provide prescriptions for free Nicotine Replacement Therapies along with group and individual support sessions.
