Buckpool, Fens Pools and Barrow Hill Nature Reserves

It is a proven fact that nature benefits our mental health as it can generate positive emotions like calmness, joy, creativity and increase concentration. These sessions will encourage us to take some time out to spend in nature to reconnect and calm our minds. Sessions will be held on our beautiful nature reserves throughout Dudley, where we can just experience the beauty nature has to offer or take part in nature-themed activities to help us focus on what is around us.
