Access in Dudley are using the Innovation Fund and Officer guidance to introduce people with disabilities to rowing. They are using their special stable quad rowing boat to give people access to the water who previously didn’t have the chance.
The new people accessing the water have had to work together in the boat to achieve the goal of rowing the boat effectively. The project is developing positive relationships and communication.
